Door Outreach Programme Supervisor for the Greater Toronto Area

The Programme Supervisor is responsible for:

- Managing Door Outreach fundraising crews in Toronto for select client(s) who have contracted to conduct Door to Door Outreach initiatives;
- Staff Recruiting, training; (including crew leaders)
- Overseeing creation of daily maps for team members under your care;
- Empowering and inspiring crew leaders; motivating staff; answering questions; promoting a nurturing and positive atmosphere within the office and within your crew;
- Approaching individuals at home. Conversing and developing a rapport with people in a non-confrontational manner;
- Promoting a positive reflection of Public Outreach and of its outreach and fundraising program;

This position is Full Time and requires substantial evening work; wages are $16.00 per hour, plus benefits.
