Claire Dawes is pursuing her PhD and going down to part time status. The position of Regional Coach is a full time position responsible for overseeing the entire Quebec operations.
OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Fundraising Director, the Regional Coach is the line manager for Fundraising Managers located in a specific region, with the goal to achieve client targets in a timely, efficient and profitable manner.
We are hiring a Regional Coaches for the Quebec Region. This is a wonderful opportunity for the individual who is organized and self-directed, and who has successfully demonstrated their ability to manage a fundraising office response, volume, and admin efficiency. As a Coach the ideal candidate has an intuitive understanding of staff morale and other aspects of staff management, as well as recruiting, project planning and project management, new client start-up, and other skills required for the successful running of a Fundraising office.
This role will have full authority over the region including new position creation, volume planning & implementation, training standards, intercity travel, etc.
DUTIES
- Assigns and shifts regional client Volume between programs and fundraising offices as necessary;
- Coaches Fundraising Manager’s on $PAC-$OTG / %Efficiency as well as Staff Morale;
- Fosters peer support for Regional Fundraising Managers;
- Monitors recruiting activities within each office;
- Develops & Supports Door / Street / PFU / Indoor Location Programs within each office;
- Oversees implementation of quality training programs within each Fundraising Office;
- Identifies & Develops emerging leaders through supervisor orientation & training programs;
- Encourages cross-pollination of staff between regional fundraising offices;
- Hosts regular in-person gatherings of Regional Supervisors-Program Supervisors-Fundraising Managers;
- Develops and implements efficient administrative systems to ensure timely and accurate reporting;

o Bilingual in French and English a must.

Indoor Locations Outreach Program Management
The Indoor Locations Program Manager is THE professional development experience waiting to happen for the right candidate.
This is not an office position.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about canvassing, with a willingness to help others improve, with an ability to travel.
The Indoor Locations manager is expected to maintain the necessary canvassing admin percentage of 50%.
This position is responsible for all mall staff. Having a car is a bonus.
