Reports to: Lucy Cross and Ben Anderson, Vancouver Fundraising Managers

DUTIES:
• Effectively manage PFU canvassing crews and completing all paperwork efficiently and accurately, ensuring that all donations are complete, confidential and delivered to the charities we support in the appropriate manner.

• Coordinating the efforts of the supervisors and staff– through regular meetings and honest, consistent communication – to best service both the clients, and the donors.

• Maintaining set goals for donations, office volume and canvass %, with crews and for the entire program;

• Training new recruits on various clients, monitoring existing staff performance, and taking disciplinary actions when necessary;

• Building staff morale and maintaining a fun and positive working atmosphere;
  • Any other duties as directed by the FM that reasonably are within the scope of the position
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD:
 
- Be flexible, able to easily adapt to new systems and procedures
- Have discernment and the ability to prioritize
- Be highly energetic and flexible with the ability to thrive in challenging situations.
- Be results-driven with the ability to motivate others.
- Have good oral communication and facilitation skills.
- Have experience recruiting, training and managing staff
- Have experience working in a high-volume, high-paced phone room
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
